Samurai Champloo

From the makers of Cowboy Bebop comes Samurai Champloo a high impact drama. Like Cowboy Bebop it uses music to fill in the emtions needed for the action and drama. Cowboy Bebop used Jazz and the effect was grate and well done and it was set in the Furture. While Samurai Champloo is set in the past and uses Hip-Hop music to fill in the action and drama scenes and I have to say it works and the Volume one - Series box set is now available. I suggest you tell everyone you know and get it.

Mac mini

The Mac mini well change the average Joe's life. I think a lot more people will buy this thing and use it. Apple just seems to know how to make money and still come up with good ideas. I'm getting one but I have to find work first.

G4TechTV no more

No, it's not the end of the network yet but it is coming soon. This is old news but it seems that G4TechTV is changing their name back to G4. Why? you ask well it because they are trying to get the old Techtv viewers to become G4 viewers and kill off most of the old but good TechTV shows. It's a strange business model, to say the least and they are at the end of the ratings every month which means they well have to dumb down for their viewers or at least that's what they think and I'm glad not mad that G4 is dropping the TechTV name. I'm sure one day TechTV will be back in one form or another.

Battlestar Galactica is back on Broadcast TV

Battlestar Galactica is back on Broadcast TV. That's right this Saturday at 8pm est on NBC but it's not the old Battler Galactica. It's the new mini series that was made by the SCi-Fi channel. The show mini series was very good and well done and I like the fact how they change things but kept some things the same. I feel that this series will be a huge hit and give UPN's Stat Trek a run for it's money. (Even though they don't air at the same time) I can't wait to see the rest of the mini series this Tuesday, January 11 at 9pm est on the Sci-Fi channle

Tartakovsky's animated series will be back March 26

Star Wars: Clone Wars is coming back...well the cult animated series that is. I'm also sure they will change the name of the new animated series and I got most...ok, ok, all of my information from the scifi.com. Tartakovsky is also know for a lot of other grate work like Samurai Jack, Dexter's Laboratory, Power Puff Girls. Tartakovsky and his team is very talented and they are not afraid to take chances, that other networks just won't take.
Tartakovsky told the Now Playing Magazine "We're doing five 12-minute episodes. [The original episodes] were like three minutes. It's harder, but in a way it's easier, because in the three-minute ones it's basically just piling in a bunch of action. But in these new ones, we have a lot of character and still a lot of action, but we were able to really do some more acting and relationship-building. So it was much more fun to do, and that way it didn't seem harder."
He also went on to say "I think the tone is a little darker initially. We're kind of carrying all the ideas from Episode II that were established: the secret marriage of Anakin and Padmé and his relationship with Obi-Wan progressing beyond just bickering. That was one of the main things that we tried to focus on. They maybe become more friends than simply master and padawan. It's a little bit more [like] a movie. It feels more like one story [than the first series did]. We have one story building into the climax, and then there are a couple of side stories, but they're all very interrelated."
I personal think this is a grate move for the Cartoon Network and Tartakovsky. I enjoyed the last season and this new season looks to be much better and larger. I personal can't wait to see these shorts and maybe they will even make a full new series out of it, who knows?

Frist Post for my new blog

So, I was sitting around the house one day and started to think, "Hey maybe I need a blog to make the time fly by." A few days later......I'm making a blog and enjoying it. Will hopefully someone will stop by and read this and think to them selves "Big deal."
